It s a Snap Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 envelope knox unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1 Cup boiling water
2 cream cheese -- (8oz) softened*
1 teaspoon vanilla -- optional
1 9" graham cracker crust Instructions:
In large bowl mix gelatine w/ sugar; add boiling water and stir. With
electric mixer beat in cream cheese and vanilla til smooth. Pour into
crust. Chill til firm. Top with favorite fruit or pie filling (cherry,
blueberry ,strawberry) or favorite fruit. * Above is the recipe as
printed. I use light cream cheese. I use the microwave to boil the
water... A fast and easy dessert-- I've never had any complaints.
